In the classroom, we explore trade-driven industries while engaging in imperative conversations addressing self-image, character development, and more. By combining job training with coaching methodology, our programs strengthen the right hemisphere of the brain which enables our students to create a new vision, accomplish aggressive goals, and heal from past traumas.
When they participate and we do our job well, they create new neural pathways in the mind. This is more than motivation, this is transformation...and that's something our world needs more than ever right now.
